I have always been committed to exploring and training in modalities which generate profound change gently and quickly while empowering the client.

My practice in 1-on-1 sessions with clients includes both in-person and online work. These gentle and powerful modalities have helped me release blocks and limitations and completely transformed my personal and professional life. It is my belief that no one is broken, everyone has the innate power to heal, and turn their lives around and that it is never too late.

Havening is one of the most astonishing modalities I have learned. It seems so simple and gentle, but the effects are powerful and rapid and bring ease, resilience and wellbeing to the individual.

I knew I wanted to be certified in Havening to be able to help and support people quicker. I love working with people and witnessing the freedom and relief these modalities offer by letting go of trauma and changing limiting beliefs.

Havening can totally release the energetic impact of a stressful incident, sometimes in a single session. It gives me immense joy to see something that a client has been carrying for 20 years permanently change in 20 minutes!

In my 1-on-1 sessions, I blend Havening, EFT and Matrix Reimprinting depending on what the client needs most at that time. I also conduct EFT courses and Abundance Reset, a course for entrepreneurs who want to release their money and success block and turn their passion into profit.
